Healings and Balancings are most effective when done in-person on a Massage/Reiki Table. The client is fully clothed. Reiki, Egyptian Healing Rods, Crystals, Tuning Forks and Aromatherapy are used, as necessary, to create deep relaxation and a sense of well being for the goal of balancing and healing the three bodies - physical, emotional and the esoteric. Our body is our message board, and is the last to know when our mind and heart are not in harmony. “Stuck” energy makes our body ache and hurt. Raising vibrations helps us to release our blocks and allow the energy to flow freely. Being happy and joyful also helps raise our vibrations – by being relaxed, thereby reducing stress and promoting health.
